मैम आप हर रेसिपी कितने अच्छे से सिखाते हो और मैम तांबें और पीतल के बर्तन में खट्टे पदार्थो का प्रयोग नहीं करना चाहिए इससे खानें के पदार्थ विषैले हो जाते हैं आप सही है तांबें के बर्तन में खट्टे पदार्थ का प्रयोग नहीं करना चाहिए 🥰🥰🥰

पितल के बरतन उपयोग मे जरूर लाना चाहीये मगर कलई लगाकर खट्टी चिजों का उपयोग कर सकते है साल मे एक बार बरतनों को कलई जरूर करवाना चाहीये

Aisa bilkul same sikkim me banta hai jise faley kehte hai.. Lekin uske andar ya to cabbage ya chicken dala jata hai.. Sikkim jaise tasty momos, faley, thaipo aur thukpa kahi nahi milta ❤

Meri maa batati hain ki achar jaisi cheeze roti ke ek chhote tukde par rakhkar thali me rakhi jaati thi. Pital ke banane wale bartano and khaane walo me bhi kalai ki jaati thi jo ki tin ki coating hoti hai, us par khatta rakh sakte hain. Baaki agar aisa nahi hai aapke paas to ceramic ya glass ki katori ya bowl khatte samman ke liye use hota hai. Ek aur dhatu hoti hai jise hum 'phool' kehte hain, actually me bronze hota hai (pital brass hota hai) similar dikhta hai lekin maintain karna bahut asaan hota hai, us me bhi khatta rakh sakte hain. Hum usi ek thali use karte hain, aur koi dikkat nahi hui.
