𝐈𝐍𝐆𝐑𝐄𝐃𝐈𝐄𝐍𝐓𝐒:
Jaggery Tea -
* Water (पानी) - 1 Cup
* Milk (दूध) - 1/4 Cup
* Tea Leaf (चाय पत्ती) - 1 Tsp
* Jaggery (गुड़) - Small Piece
Street Style Tea-
* Water (पानी) - 1.5 Cup
* Milk (दूध) - 1 Cup
* Ginger (अदरक) - 1 Piece
* Cardamom (इलायची) - 2 Nos.
* Sugar (चीनी) - 2 Tsp
* Tea Leaf (चाय पत्ती) - 1.5 Tsp
Masala Tea -
For Tea Masala-
* Green Cardamom(हरी इलायची) - 40 Pieces/20 Gram
* Black Cardamom(काली इलाइची) - 5 Piece
* Cinnamon Stick(दालचीनी) - 4-5 Piece/10 Gram
* Black Peppers(काली मिर्च) - 1 Tbsp
* Clove(लौंग) - 1 Tbsp
* Licorice Sticks(मुलेठी) - 3-4 Piece
* Nutmeg(जायफल) - 1 Piece
* Thick Fennel Seeds(सौंफ) - 2 Tbsp/10-12 Gram
* Ginger Powder(अदरक पाउडर) - 3 Tbsp
For Tea-
* Water (पानी) - 1/3 Cup
* Milk (दूध) - 1/3 Cup
* Sugar (चीनी) - 2 Tsp
* Tea Leaf (चाय पत्ती) - 1.5 Tsp
* Tea Masala (चाय मसाला) - As Per Taste
Perfect Energetic Tea-
* Water (पानी) - 3.5 Cup
* Milk (दूध) - 3.5 Cup
* Ginger (अदरक) - 1 Piece
* Cardamom (इलायची) - 2 Nos
* Sugar (चीनी) - 3 Tsp
* Tea Leaf (चाय पत्ती) - 2 Tsp
* Tea Masala (चाय मसाला) - 1/2 Tbsp
𝐑𝐄𝐂𝐈𝐏𝐄:
𝐅𝐨𝐫 𝐆𝐮𝐝 𝐊𝐢 𝐂𝐡𝐚𝐢, keep the tea pan on the flame & put Milk & bring to a boil. Then put Tea Leaf Powder, a small piece of jaggery. Simmer for 2-3 minutes then strain the tea well. Serve the Jaggery Tea hot & enjoy!
𝐅𝐨𝐫 𝐍𝐮𝐤𝐤𝐚𝐝 𝐖𝐚𝐥𝐢 𝐂𝐡𝐚𝐢, keep the pan for heating & put Water for boiling. Then put crushed Ginger, Cardamom, and Milk. Boil for a while. Then put Sugar and Tea Leaf Powder. Simmer for 2-3 minutes then strain the tea well. Serve the hot Tea with a Bun or Biscuits & enjoy!
𝐅𝐨𝐫 𝐌𝐚𝐬𝐚𝐥𝐚 𝐂𝐡𝐚𝐢, keep the pan on the flame, put Water & when it starts boiling, put Sugar and dried Tea Leaves. Then put Milk & cook it. Finally, put Tea Masala Powder & simmer for a while. Tasty & Healthy Masala Tea will be ready. Serve & enjoy!
𝐅𝐨𝐫 𝐂𝐮𝐭𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐂𝐡𝐚𝐢, keep the pan for heating & put Water, crushed Ginger, and Green Cardamom & boil them for 2-3 minutes. Then put Sugar, Tea Leaf Powder, Tea Masala & Milk. Simmer for a while & Tasty Cutting Chai will be ready. Serve & enjoy!
