✍🏻𝐈𝐍𝐆𝐑𝐄𝐃𝐈𝐄𝐍𝐓𝐒:
Moong Dal(मूंग दाल) - 250 grams /1 Bowl
Water(पानी) - 1.25 Cup
Ghee(घी) - 200 Gram
Cardamom(इलाइची) - 3
Ghee(घी) - 2-3 Spoon
Milk(दूध) - 2 Cup
Saffron(केसर)
Sugar(चीनी) - 400 Grams
Dry Fruits(सूखे मेवे) - Some
✍🏻RECIPE:
Take some Moong Dal, wash it properly & put it in a strainer. Please keep it on a cloth & dry it under fan for 10 mins. Then dry roast the Dal in a pan till it turns crispy. Keep the pan on the flame, put moong dal & water, Ghee, and Cardamom Boil until it gets soft. Then mash it with a masher and put ghee and roast it. Then put milk in the pan & roast them on slow flame. mix it then put Milk, Saffron Milk in it & stir it continuously on slow flame. Put Sugar in it gradually then cover it & cook it on a slow flame. Put some chopped Dry Fruits. Serve the Delicious Moong Dal Halwa & enjoy it.
