✍🏻𝐈𝐍𝐆𝐑𝐄𝐃𝐈𝐄𝐍𝐓𝐒:
𝐅𝐨𝐫 𝐀𝐭𝐭𝐚 𝐌𝐨𝐝𝐚𝐤:
* Wheat Flour(गेहूं का आटा) - 1 Cup
* Ghee(घी) - 1/4 Cup
* Milk(दूध) - 1 Cup
* Sugar(चीनी) - 1 Cup
* Desiccated Coconut(नारियल बुरादा) - 1/4 Cup
* Poppy Seeds(खसखस) - Some
* Ghee(घी) - 1 Spoon
* Rose Petals(गुलाब की पंखुड़ियाँ) - For Garnishing
* Pistachio(पिस्ता) - For Garnishing
𝐅𝐨𝐫 𝐊𝐡𝐞𝐞𝐫 𝐌𝐨𝐝𝐚𝐤:
* Rice(चावल) - 4 Spoon
* Water(पानी) - 1 Spoon
* Milk(दूध) - 1/2 Litre
* Rock Sugar(मिश्री) - As per taste
* Saffron(केसर) - For Garnishing
✍🏻𝐑𝐄𝐂𝐈𝐏𝐄:
𝐅𝐨𝐫 𝐀𝐭𝐭𝐚 𝐌𝐨𝐝𝐚𝐤, keep heavy bottom pan for heating and put Ghee, Wheat, and roast well on a slow flame. When it roasted well & turned into golden color. Then turn the off and keep it for cooling down. Keep another pan for heating, put Poppy Seeds & roast for two minutes. Then add Desiccated Coconut & roast for two minutes more. Then add Sugar and Milk & cook well. When the Milk starts boiling then put the Wheat Flour Mixture. Mix & cook on a slow flame. When it is cooked properly turn the flame off. Take out the mixture on a plate and make Modak with mould and garnish with some Saffron and Fresh Rose Petals. In this way, Super Tasty & Healthy Atta Modak will be ready at home.
𝐅𝐨𝐫 𝐊𝐡𝐞𝐞𝐫 𝐌𝐨𝐝𝐚𝐤, take some Broken Rice and soak it for two hours. Then keep the pan on the flame, put some Water & full fat Milk in it and keep it boiling. When the milk starts boiling then put the soaked Rice in it. Cover it and cook it on a slow flame. When it is cooked properly turn the flame off and put the Mishri/Rock Sugar and mix it well. Then take out the mixture on a plate and make Laddoo/Modak with modak muld and garnish with some Saffron and Fresh Rose Petals. In this way, Super Tasty & Healthy Rice Modak/Kheer Modak will get ready easily at home.
