INGREDIENTS:
* Wheat flour (गेहूं का आटा) - 1 Bowl
* Semolina (सूजी) - 1 Bowl
* Sugar (चीनी) - 1 Bowl
* Milk (दूध) - 1.5 Bowl
* Oil ( तेल) - 1/2 Bowl
* Curd (दही) - 1/4 Bowl
* Vanilla essence (वनीला एसेंस) - Some drops
* Baking powder (बेकिंग पाउडर) - 2 Spoons
* Dry fruit (सूखे मेवे)
RECIPE:
Grease the Cake Tin with Refined Oil then dust some Wheat Flour properly.
Keep a pan on the flame for pre-heating, put a stand-in it & cover it with a steel plate & keep the flame medium for 10 mins.
In a mixer jar, put Sugar & Curd then grind them. Put some Milk & grind it. Then put Wheat Flour & grind them again. Put some more Milk, Semolina, Vanilla Essence, Refined Oil & grind them all. Take out the Batter in a bowl, cover it & keep it aside for 10-15 mins.
Then put some Baking Powder & Milk in the batter, mix it well & put the batter in the Cake tin. Garnish some Dry Fruits & keep the tin in the preheated pan. Cover it & keep the flame high for a min then turn the flame slow & cook it for 30-35 mins. Then keep the Cake for cooling down & demould the Cake. Enjoy the Super Soft Atta Cake at home.
