Awesome. Perfect. Can't say I listen to JM, but always enjoy seeing him play, maybe it's the voice? But this is a killer sound that I will def use. Thank you for sharing!

Thank you! Since recording this a few years ago I started making my own Tone Matches. Here is one for the FM3 (and have one for the FM9/Axe iii) that has a mix of a Two Rock Traditional Clean and Steel String Singer.

@@JonKaneshiroGuitar Just making this patch now, it's amazing! Thanks again. I'm a month old newbie, so lots to learn.

Awesome! Yes, definitely a good starting point. My ears are always changing based on how much I’m learning and finding new ways to get tones. I actually don’t use the Two Rock inside the Fractal anymore. I use the ODS100 Clean with my Two Rock tone matches instead. Gets that feel and compression.

@@JonKaneshiroGuitar FXIII. But I'm thinking about getting a fm3 or fm9. Haven't decided witch would suit me best. (for portability and without loosing to much power/options)

Amazing stuff! I was really hoping to make the Jet 35 more like the Custom Reverb Signature and I’m new to Two Rock sound but it seems to me like it’s pretty close
@JonKaneshiroGuitar2 жыл бұрын
Thanks! I haven’t played them side by side before so I wouldn’t know. I know the CRS is a clean machine and the Jet 35 has multiple channels.

As a John maniac could you do some lessons on how you play the rhytm section of Belief? I would be intrested a lot!
@JonKaneshiroGuitar3 жыл бұрын
Possibly! I haven’t really done formal tutorials on KZbin yet because I think I would try to go overboard with all the editing. Plus, I know there are plenty on YT these days. Some good, and some that are a bit suspect.

Thank you! I’m using Lollar Blondes in the neck and middle, and a Lollar Low Wind Imperial in the bridge.

Hi nice stuff, have you try changing cabs to ultrares? does it work?
@JonKaneshiroGuitar2 жыл бұрын
I have and it makes a little difference. Where I see the most difference is with room mic cabs. That’s when I use ultra res

Is there a way to run backing tracks through the fm3 using a tablet instead of a laptop
@JonKaneshiroGuitar3 жыл бұрын
I believe you can use a stereo breakout cable (1/8” splitting to two 1/4”). Then plug into In2 and Out2. Might need to add those blocks into your signal chain. I’ll do some digging!

Nice one Jon - are you making these available on Axechange?

Sorry, I’m not! I sell my presets for $5 each. This is one of the scenes from my Mayer preset, which is also in a video on my channel!

I'd pay 5.00 for the Mayer preset! How do we get it?
