100%, and some don't see that they think players don't want to play for the coach. The set-up and system is coaches decision. We play more like Gavin Hunt or Middendorp style. This is not Sundowns way.

Manqoba Mngqithi is cause splits and hatred in our teams by blaming players for losses and he disrespects opponents and rival fans. Manqobi Mngqithi changes the starting XI a lot without changing sustainability, momentum and match fitness of players.

As soon as as He wins a game he becomes so arrogant I have always thought Manqoba is a humble person how wrong I was. watch 2nd half of our 4-0 victory how he lost it when our boys kill the game by playing few touches at the back since chiefs was man shot and didn't want to press. I mean it's a cup game why open the game whilst you are 4nil up scoring 17 goals won't give one a goal difference at the end. At that time one manages the game and reserve your legs for upcoming games. Now all of a sudden he claims players are tired. He also micromanage the players Teboho we all know he is more of a box to box player he made him sit in front of our back central the whole game. That one of blaming players all the time on media shows how weak he is, I've not played nor coach in proffesional set up but I know you have to protect your players on media especially when you know the media supports which teams the most.

I honestly don't see anything wrong about talking how he feels, players just must be hungry more ,if he feels they did not give him enough he can sya it , PEP says it , rhulane last he even talked about how he regretted putting zungu in pirates game , I'm not saying I'm happy about sundowns not being able to win all games as before and if Manqoba is great or bad but I feel like the hatred from Manqoba arises from divisions that were created from love we had from previous coach I was hurt when rhulane left but problem people keep comparing every time ayii let's judge Manqoba end of season imagine if you started work and they started saying the previous employee was good and also to say let's release you come on guys

Bitso nna I don't see the problem with players, The coach lambast players on every loss naming individuals who cost the team in media. Point 2. We have completely left our philosophy that made Sundowns what it became our ability for passing game. Since Zola Mahobe, Tshicklas family Sundowns I knew and Support will break opposition with passes, the arrogance to be in control and dominate whilst scoring goals. Then Manqoba came and said he doesn't like the type of football that made Sundowns what it is. Point 3. The pattern and system he wants to adopt doesn't suit the profile of players we have. More over if Sundowns must play that sytem then we have to fire him as Manqoba on that sytem he is not as good as Gavin Hunt or Middendorp one can reference on teams Manqoba coach in comparison with Hunt and Middendorp even the accolades or cups won. My conclusion: Manqoba can't coach Sundowns he is way to weak. Check all the profiles of coaches who coached Sundowns and their philosophy which actually translates to what Sundowns philosophy is whether we win or loose. Even the Stubborn Pitso took over and polished what Sundowns is to get results without compromising the style we known for. But he is not alone in this mess. Flemming Berg left Chelsea in a very bad state after he found it buzzing and it still struggling to recover as we speak, they both hate shoeshine and Piano. I have this feeling he also eat with Agents look at rediculous prices we spend on players only on Allende and Ribeiro would agree but the other pure corruption, it's just an opinion by the way. 😂😂😂 My legends are completely dissapointed but can't mention the name. My legends are very economical with the real truth. We have played past games with like 7 to 8 new players per game since the beginning of the season. Mokoena, Modau, Modiba etc they played like three games in the league remember even Bo Kekana. Gentlemen there's no such a thing like players are tired we are not even on 10league games. Ribeiro also hasn't played all games. Our central pairing also is well Rested, wingers as well there has been chopping and changing going on there. Let's face the truth, the coach who has been there for 12years hasn't even have consistent starting line up. To conclude my legends you are afraid to tell the real problem which is coaching. anyway I support your program and I support the boys kabo yellow. I hope our coach can be like you. You guys are protecting Manqoba but Manqoba does not protect his players forever criticizing them when he loose on media instead of protecting them and Lash on them behind close doors.

The coach must not change starting XI very often bcz the players haven't masterd his tactics, lot of spaces behind the 3 dimensions, long balls, struggling to break low blocks. It's all abt tactics, no winning plan. Sometimes it's not about good football in some games, JUST WIN. look at Al Alhly.
