Try removing the top of the driver side air filter housing and filter element and you will have a straight shot access to the oil filter. Much easier and cleaner.

That filter is similar in the chrysler 3.6 pentastar.

I’ve done my brakes on my 2017 le ante s and it was the easiest brakes ever $75 front brakes in Amazon

The oil change it’s way easier and faster to drain out from the dip stick instead of from the bottom. You need a pump to suck it out

That’s how dealer does it they don’t remove anything at all . They use a pump way faster

Do you know the thread size of oil drain plug? I’m thinking about replace it with a ez or fumoto drain plug for easy oil change.

I just got drenched in oil too. That drain hole is way too big. Gotta be a better way.

Is there a way to reset the service interval counter on the dash?

Not sure other than the very expensive Leonardo Diagnostic tool. Service light will only come on every 2 years. Maserati/Ferrari Service center will reset the counter for $100. I suspect an Indy will do for less.

2017 came with 5w40 but in 2018 Maserati updated all Levante models to 10w60
