Plot:
Set in a magical world in which an individual's position within society is defined by their power and skill with magic, Mash Burnedead is a young man without so much as an ounce of magic in his blood. In order to live a peaceful life with his adoptive father, Regro, Mash will need to become a Divine Visionary (神覚者, Shinkakusha), a title which is only given to exceptional students from the Easton Magic Academy. Despite having no magic whatsoever, Mash goes to the magic school, determined to survive and show the world that muscles can beat magic.
Episode 9:
During his lifetime of several centuries Adam revolutionised modern magical theory and founded both the academy and the bureau of magic to support those without magic, the Magic-less, as he believed the strong had a responsibility to protect the weak. Innocent’s spell resurrects Adam’s mindless body controlled by puppet master Necrosse Mance to attack Wahlberg with Adams Dark Magic, which sends all it touches into an infinite void for eternity. However, having been trained by Adam and with his magic to control three-dimensional space, Wahlberg splits Necrosse’ body into pieces then teleports him and Adam away. Cell reveals to Mash Innocent is attempting black magic called Forbidden Magical Body Construction which will give Innocent an immortal heart in exchange for the hearts of his six sons, of whom Mash is the youngest who went missing as a baby. As one of Mash’ brothers, Cell is furious Mash isn’t interested in dying to make Innocent immortal and summons his strongest weapons, four diamond edged discs, intending to cut Mash apart and harvest his heart. However, with his super speed Mash dodges the discs, gets behind Cell and strangles him unconscious so the discs and black carbon tower all vanish.

Now there are three law-breakers Mash burnedead- who disrupted the villains dialog with a punch (Punishment^ doing everyone's homework or in mash's case, never let him eat cream puffs again) Eren yeager- impatient on his opponents extremely slow transformation then attacked the opponent in the middle of transforming (Punishment: sad anime death) Edit:digimon OVA "our war game" main villain(idk the name sorry)- attacked the heroes while they were digivolving on 2 occations. (Punishment: undecided)

@@YtCoomers Eren wasn't the only anime character to attack an opponent during a transformation. In the Digimon OVA "our war game" (which is the 2nd segment of the Digimon movie for the English dub), the main villain attacks the heroes while they're digivolving on 2 occasions.
