Always love watching the vlogs, it's nice to see a perspective of how someone other than me goes about choosing a bracelet (rather than just a photo). Also, very inspiring to see other interests not pertaining to bracelets such as books and crafts. Keep it up!

Love watching your vlogs, I am a little advanced so I don’t watch the tutorials but the vlogs are so good to watch while knotting !

Hope you and others see this…look into using the small Bob-EEZ bobbins when making bracelets. I use them and they are awesome- keeps the threads so much more manageable when weaving. I’m curious if you’ve heard of them already? Let me know what you think!

I love your vlogs so much! You give me a lot of nice book recommendations haha. It's funny because I was knotting the pattern from your last tutorial while you were filming your knew one in the vlog!

I’ve been feeling kind of unmotivated with bracelet making for a while and this vlog gave me a reason to pick up my bracelet and start making it 🙂

I wound all my strings onto bobbins again, except I didn't have a fancy bobbin winder. I would probably happily do it if I had one of those. However, yes, upkeep would still be so much easier than doing a ton at once.

Really love the vlogs as well as tutorials! I started the diamond chevron one you posted the other day with the same colours- It's already finished and I love it! anyway, I was wondering if you could do a tutorial on the bracelet in your "desk box" that looks like a candystripe but has the frayed edges? I think it looks super cool and I would love to try!
@emmmmas2 жыл бұрын
Ooh those are really fun! I forget what they're called, but it's basically an alpha that you make with your scrap threads. Every time you add a new stripe, it's a new colour/string. The way you get the frayed edges is that, I think, you don't use the straight edges technique, and when you're done, you just cut them all to the same length. Hope this helps :)

I wonder where you get these white "holders" for the strings you organized? :)

I haven't made anything in months because I cannot seem to choose my colors! I've been making bracelets for 30 yrs and maybe it's because I have done every color combo that I can think of numerous times. Idk but I just end up staring at all of my string and never being able to choose a color combo and I'm so frustrated with it! Maybe you could make a video about choosing colors??!

Congratulations on getting a new job! I’m glad it’s working out. :D don’t be ashamed of picking up books for their covers- a really good cover artist can give you the feel of a book in an image so it’s actually a good way to pick books. I hope you enjoy all your books, and I look forward to your next tutorial (they help me a lot)

How do you organize the sticky notes on your book? I love how you keep the book organized with them. What's the concept? Have you made a video explaining this?
@MashaKnots2 жыл бұрын
I’m definitely not the person you want explaining this, I’ve only done it twice so far so I’m still learning. But there’s plenty of videos on YT. Search up “how to tab books”
