Yeah, Arabic culture is generally perceived as very drab in India with the exception of only belly dancing. Culturally speaking, Arabic culture is monolithic and is not as varied as say Indian culture or cuisine, clothing is. Generally speaking, Dancing and singing is haram in Arabic culture, good thing is that bollywood promotes your culture through its songs.

@@infinite5795 Singing is haram in Islam , not in Arabic culture… what you just said simply shows that you know nth about Arab culture/ cuisine or traditions… we have different types and genres, different culture and way of singing, different cuisines and dialects, from East to west , and from Levantine countries to Gulf countries, the most rich and oldest history cultures mentioned before century… So what you have just said , shows that you’re such an ignorant person , Arabs invented their own instruments and belly dance is not the only Arabian dance we have ! We have the most successful singers world wide , the most beautiful sounds, that no one can compare to it , not saying this because I’m an Arab , you can check foreign reactions on Arabs vocals ( Arab idol / the voice “ Arab “ / … etc ) no one can reach to Arabian vocal levels …. With all my respect and love to the Indian culture and history, but you can’t compare it to Arabs’ 🌸💕
