Five years after KZbin launched Memberships, and after a decade of countless comments from all of you asking how you can support Mashed, we have decided to launch our own KZbin Memberships program called Mashed+.
And we couldn’t be more excited!
A few of you will have some questions about why we’re doing this or how this will affect Mashed going forward. We’re going to try and answer all of your questions here. But, if you have any further queries, just leave a comment and we’ll try to answer you as soon as we can.

WHAT IS MASHED+?
Mashed+ is a KZbin Memberships program that gives Mashed superfans even more great Mashed content. There are three levels at launch and this is what you get at each level:

- - - - Polls that will influence our future cartoons

You’ll be able to find an even more thorough breakdown of all these perks in the Mashed+ section of the channel: just click the “Join” button in the top-right, underneath our banner. Alternatively, go to www.youtube.com/@mashed/join.
Mashed+ will be an evolving thing, so there’s definitely scope for us to add more things in the future - we’re already in the planning stages for what extras we can give you - but this will be the offering at launch.

WHY NOW?
While there’s definitely a minority out there that thinks Mashed is just one person toiling away in their bedroom, we assure you it most certainly is not.
Mashed consists of a core team that works every day to make the cartoons you love, as well as a pool of some of the best freelance artists, animators, voice actors, musicians and writers in the entire world.
And - to put it bluntly - making a living as an online creator in 2023 is tough. So, your subscription to Mashed+ ensures that everyone who works on Mashed gets to continue making the toons you enjoy watching.

WHERE DOES MY MONEY GO?
On top of helping to keep the lights on, as outlined above, your Mashed+ subscription will allow us to do things we aren’t currently able to do.
Just to give you a couple of examples, there are animators and voice actors we’d love to have on the channel. But, more animators and collaborators costs more money. So, your money would go towards us getting even more talented people on the channel.
And with this extra help, it would also mean we could work faster, which could result in you seeing the continuation of that series you love, sooner rather than later.

You can!
Of course, we massively appreciate anyone that decides to spend their hard-earned cash on a Mashed+ subscription. But, importantly, we appreciate everyone that likes, comments and watches our content just as much.

You know, I just now realize how short Secret History Tails is. Like, he was already pretty short in comparison to Dream Girl Amy, but I just assumed that he was going through a weird redesign. But no, looking back at the original Secret History of Sonic and Tails video, he really is just THAT short. His lanky legs and the camera angles just give the illusion that he’s tall and lanky.
