Good advice. I have been doing most of those things for years. My scrambled eggs, burgers and steaks stand up to all but the best restaurants (for a lot less money). I even dry age my steaks in a mini fridge sometimes. Pizza is the tough thing to do at home, without the extreme heat of a pizza oven.

Original scrambled eggs are broken into a pan with a little salt and pepper on melted butter and "scrambled" continuously until ready. Don't over-heat and don't over-cook as they will continue to cook for a short while after you have removed them from the heat. Don't whip the egg, you aren't making an omelet. Simple. If you want cream; that's your problem. At the end of the day its what ever tastes best to you.

Most people hate brussel sprouts and I did too and that's because everyone's cooking brussel sprouts wrong most people throw brussel sprouts in a pot of boiling water and just boil the living crap out of them they're mushy nearly tasteless and chewy as hell that is until the day you discover how to roast brussel sprouts like I did and then you can't stop eating them all you do is cut the brussel sprouts lengthwise in two halves and then toss them in a large bowl with liberal amounts of either olive oil or clarified butter with salt and pepper and whatever herbs or spices Italian herbs you might like and then you spread them out on parchment paper and put them in the oven 450 for about 15 to 20 minutes and I swear to God you will not be able to stop eating those damn brussel sprouts they're so amazing and if you really want to blow people's mind then when they're done you drizzle a little bit of balsamic reduction sauce on those brussel sprouts and I can take anyone that says they hate brussel sprouts and serve that to them and they can't stop eating them it's so amazing the real secret is of course the butter

The secret to gourmet food is literally butter have you ever watched Julia Child French cooking everything she made had at least a stick to two sticks of butter in it that's the secret it's fat!! Watch Gordon Ramsay's videos practically everything he cooks is with butter that's the secret he literally drowns his steaks in butter in a red hot skillet and herbs you ever watch MasterChef? All the sauces they make they're all butter based or dairy-based sauces with enough butter you can make anything amazing ever had roasted vegetables that are brushed with either olive oil or butter it's amazing the reason why home cooked food is so Bland and tasteless is because most people throw their steak in a pan or on the broiler they don't base it in butter they put vegetables either in a drown them in a tub of water and boil the crap and all the flavor out of them they don't know how to roast vegetables that have been brushed with olive oil or butter and salt and pepper and a little bit of oregano and some seasoning that's why home food is so Bland for God's sake Gordon Ramsay even Cooks his hamburgers in butter that's how they show juicy he puts a giant stick of butter in the cast iron skillet and then puts the hamburger meat into the skillet everything is cooked in butter

I do my eggs Asian style using clarified butter and very high heat. Bringing butter to almost smoking and pouring in egg, the water immediately starts to evaporate making eggs fluffy. Have to be quick as eggs only take a few moments to cook before drying out and start browning.

You know what makes restaurant food taste better the secret ingredient are you ready? Lots of butter and cream-based sauces that's the secret lol the only difference between gourmet food and the slot that you cook at home is cream and butter base sauces bearnaise holidays vinaigrettes oil based sauces and vinaigrettes don't believe me next time you're at a restaurant and you're near the kitchen if it has an open kitchen watch how they cook every time they before during and after cooking an item they're spraying or squirting butter clarified butter or some kind of fat base or oil you see our taste buds are designed to really really like oil and that's why greasy oily food taste so amazing to us and salt and sugar but we really like oil you can make any dish Gourmet by simply adding a dairy or butter based sauce to the dish you at home can make five star Michelin restaurant quality food if you know how to make butter and cream based sauces

The whole low heat cooking egg idea that this video suggests is completely unnecessary one of the greatest chefs on the planet Gordon Ramsay has a video how he cooks personally Cooks scrambled eggs and he turns the heat to the highest setting and of course he uses a lot of butter and cream and the secret is is to constantly whip and stir the eggs it almost looks like you're making a holiday sauce or Béarnaise sauce but you put the eggs on the high heat until they start to you can fill the bottom of the egg setting and then you remove them from the Heat and let them cool down and you put them back on the heat and you do that until you get the consistency you want and then you finish it with a giant heaping spoonful of creme fresh that's Gordon Ramsay's eggs I've made them and they will blow your mind best eggs I've ever had in my life you can find his video on KZbin but the secret it's not the heat the secret is the butter and the creme fresh

There is no restaurant that makes eggs better than mine. They always cook the eggs through, that causes the water to separate out from the proteins. Eggs should be undercooked in the pan, and allowed to rest to complete cooking. Cooked in the pan will be overcooked on the plate. I've never found a restaurant that understands this.
