Why would a CEO steal an idea from an employee? The CEO's job is to ensure the company is successful and has employees that help make that happen. Who's idea it was is immaterial as the end result is the same from the board's perspective and ultimately, the CEO made sure it got done to the benefit of the company and its shareholders. So he did his job the exact way he was supposed to. TLDR; "Stealing" the idea doesn't help the CEO at all.

I remember the flamin hot Cheetos back in the early 90’s, being the same flavor with the same fire taste as the Xxtra Hot Cheetos. The flamin hot Cheetos today is not as hot as they used to be.
