The interviewer, Adil Yusufzai, is an ignorant, rude and conceited man. He quickly interrupted Hashim Babar and did not allow him to complete his sentence on Ghani's Khan's views on Buddha. Adil lost my respect. Also, in my opinion, Hashim Babar's personality is shallow and fake. He chases wealth and high social status as if he is entitled to it. Most retired Pakistani bureaucrats (baboos) think and behave like "Brown Sahibs." With their ill-gotten and looted money, they build large farmhouses and isolate themselves from the ragtag population to live a luxurious life. Hashim Babar is cut from the same cloth. If I am not mistaken, the media once reported that he and his son were once charged with corruption. What happened to the case? Who knows?
