Tbh that's basically what they've been doing with masked Dedede Theme all this time. Dedede uses MT DDD as his leitmotiff for when the fight is with him not using his real strength and just probably messing around, while the Mask DDD leitmotiff (the one used in Roar Of DDD) is used when he's fighting with a more murderous/serious intention

There’s a slight bit a desync, and I know why. Roar of Dedede is one of THOSE songs where HAL decided to change the BPM ever so slightly so as to make it impossible to mesh with other songs. I might as well come out with mine that I did, but I had to surgically go in and fix Roar of Dedede to put it at the same BPM. Otherwise there would be a weird desync and that would be no-bueno
