Because we follow a book that is clearly from God filled with miracles challenges and things that are impossible for a human to produce with no contradictions. Because when i use my logic and ponder over the verses of the book I know the creator of the heavens and the earth and fear His presence.

Quran 14 : 27 - Allah will keep firm those who believe, with the word that stands firm in this world (i.e. they will keep on worshipping Allah Alone and none else), and in the Hereafter. And Allah will cause to go astray those who are Zalimun (polytheists and wrong-doers), and Allah does what He wills. Have trust in Allah, and take good actions! Prophet Muhammad peace and blessings be upon him knew things we didn't know! He said if you knew what I knew you would know laugh little & cry alot, you wouldn't even enjoy spousal relations and will search for mercy of Allah in the streets! think about how ppl act if ppl say you have terminal illness... whats ahead is even scarier! ibn Shaybah 27,017, Jabir reports bani israel , and a man said who had a sujud mark, i felt pain of death for 100 yrs. Uthman would see ppl die in front of him when he wasn't practicing. 10 :00 - Satan is an open enemy but at key points he works more, like at time of death... he brings was was to sisters, like why hijab why 4 wives and at the same time whats you be be objectified and not a wife. Hadith Imam Ahmad was saying after , after... iblis was saying you escaped me... and Imam Ahmad was saying no not yet. Lisan Yad and tongue... speech of the actions! Aisha Radiyallahu anha saw that death was hard even for Prophet Muhammad peace and blessings be upon him. Ibn Qayyim said if you have something to say and its wrong don't say it, and if you have something beneficial to say ask yourself, is there something better. A person of good Aklaq, kind, good to guests etc. and its difficult on ppl who are harsh. Abu Darda said iman is taken away from ppl who eat wealth of orphans. Hadith Sahihayn, whoever loves to see Allah, Allah loves to see them. 20 :00 - during time of death the ppl get bad tidings of punishment will hate to see Allah. some imams at janaza do bida... Prophet Muhammad peace and blessings be upon him at graveyard said seek refuge with Allah from punishment of the grave! Some ppl deny this! Hadith when a good person dies, angel of death comes in a good form and says glad tidings, don't fear or greif. imagine how happy you will be! Angels call you a good name while you are raising up... eventually they go back to the grave and hear footsteps of those leaving, and you will be asked the question of the graves... 30 :00 - and your ability to answer will be based on your deeds in this life, inward and outward. we are asked who is our Prophet, and we should ask ourselves s when we are told this is the sunnah do we follow it or blind follow an imam on purpose against the sunnah... when disbeliever dies, angel comes in harsh form. Th angel ribs out your soul ( no pain in the world matches this). The heavens are closed and you smell horrible and you are called the worst name... the link of your brain doesn't respond but what is in your heart... in grave they get a portion of nar... 40 :00 - Imagine all the time ppl spend in grave, for the believer you get smell of jannah and the Prophet Muhammad peace and blessings be upon him said its like the time between 2 salats. then we are raised on qiyamat naked, and ppl won't even notice... for 50,000 years Allah won't speak to you, sun is 1 mile away... ppl drowning in sweat. Allah is angry that day and it's the day death dies. We should of worshiped Allah alone, but sadly ppl worship Ali, Abdul Qadir etc. for the beleivers that day is made fast, 7 types of ppl under shade of Allah's Throne... some on pulpits of light! Allah tells some I am pleased with ou and will never be displeased with you! Intelligent person is the one who prepares for death and foolish one is the one who sins hoping for Allah's MErcy... so from this moment on, make it a mark, to cahnge, make Islam main purpose!

Well then what is authentic narrating? The issue is the narration is based on sectarian views (علم الرجال). You will find for example, person A is a Nasibi (ناصبي) therefore his narration is not considered truthful. And it goes the other way around person Z is a Rafedhi, etc. So the narrators who gathered in books excluded or included certain narratives based on sectarian views. What's the solution then?

There are reasonable people on all sides and unreasonable people on all sides. The reasonable will join and the unreasonable will remain divided. Eventually the goal is to get to Jannah and avoid Fire. The one person I see doing this strategy is Engineering Muhammad Ali Mirza. You can KZbin his name. I also see Sheikh Uthman from One Message Foundation KZbin channel doing this in the West. Showing evidences, going back and forth among scholars in a peaceful (online) manner is best. This gives audience time to cross-check the evidence and the scholars to cross-reference the points untill they are clarified. If people go into it with focus ONLY on Message + Evidences and ignore the Messangers (speaker) or his Mode of Delivery (style of speech) this can be fruitfull. People are embedded deep into their sects and groups so I understand it's a challenge to be unbiased but give it a try.
