Non-muslims, especially christian-apologists fans always assume that their favorite apologists really spend some of their time reading islamic book.. Until they see for themselves, just how thick a volume in one book, and how many volumes does "a book", that their apologist had them think that he had read it all, consists of. Follow the Quran, the sunnah and the early scholars who were rejecting kufr man-made law, man-made systems and applying Islam. My advice: - Talk to yourself inside your head. On mundane days in life its common to fall into a thoughtless routine where you essentially are dragged around by your whims. If you talk to yourself and give some thought to what your goals are then it should help you avoid the temptations. - Turn the phone’s power off before a study session and forbid yourself from touching it.

The man will say: I did not leave any good cause beloved to You but that I spent on it for Your sake. Allah will say: You have lied, for you spent only that it would be said you are generous, thus it was said. For me, if and when I pursue the path of constructing my library, إن شاء الله, I’ll not only get nearly all religious books (for all religions, except manuscripts unless there are books that have pictures of manuscripts for reference) yet also for everything else; it would make my, and others’, life easier in the long run. Just imagine: having a question, or a curious thought, only to see it disappear thanks to you simply picking a book (or books) on the subject, reading - and, if need be, asking for more info from knowledgeable people - and being satisfied with what you’ve learned. It’s fantastic and crazy; you could build from such knowledge and share said info with others, including generations and generations after you, refute idiocy and falsehood without resorting to mistakes, misinformation and misjudgments, contribute to archiving what may be close to extinction, being aware of books that are not to be trusted or used - since logically you’d be making a pile of that on their own - and this library will be your well ofحسنات (good deeds)! Of course I’m not saying that creation will reach Omniscience - أستغفر الله - but life will be made better! A library like that may exist out there, but it’s always the best idea to have multiple versions of that same idea be nearly everywhere!

He will be brought, the blessings of Allah will be made known, and he will acknowledge them. Allah will say: What did you do with them? The man will say: I fought in Your cause until I was martyred. Allah will say: You have lied, for you fought only that it would be said you were brave, thus it was said. Then, Allah will order him to be dragged upon his face until he is cast into Hellfire. Another man studied religious knowledge, taught others, and recited the Quran. He will be brought, the blessings of Allah will be made known, and he will acknowledge them. Allah will say: What did you do with them? The man will say: I learned religious knowledge, taught others, and I recited the Quran for Your sake. Allah will say: You have lied, for you studied only that it would be said you are a scholar and you recited the Quran only that it would be said you are a reciter, thus it was said. Then, Allah will order him to be dragged upon his face until he is cast into Hellfire. Another man was given an abundance of blessings from Allah and every kind of wealth. He will be brought, the blessings of Allah will be made known, and he will acknowledge them. Allah will say: What did you do about them? The man will say: I did not leave any good cause beloved to You but that I spent on it for Your sake. Allah will say: You have lied, for you spent only that it would be said you are generous, thus it was said. Start with the Quran, Sahih Bukhari, Sahih Muslim, English translations. That should cover a lot of the basics of Islamic theology. You can also buy a biography of Muhammad a.s. A lot are available on Amazon/Ebay. That should help too.

habibi start with an-nawawi because it covers alot of the basis of islam and covers alot with only 40 adhadeeh, reading the entire of bukhari and muslim is not the best way to start but may allah reward the brother for trying and also a book called Zaad al ma'ad covers alot of fiqh which inshallah can help get rid of wiswas if it appears also a series by Assim Al Hakeem may allah reward him is of a book called umdatul ahkaam which also deals with fiqh and will make you extremely knowledgeable and deal with matters that could be difficult and also remove wiswas inshallah. Studying these 3 at your own pace inshallah will make you more knowledgeable than majority of the ummah. May Alah make it easy for you.

Remember that Al Suyuti is an ashari so only a person who has high knowledge of religion is allowed to read it since he can differentiate between fitna and truth in his books. Off course like Al Zamakhshari who has nice explanation of the arabic language but was a mutazili so people had to be careful of when he explains the Istiwa of Allah.

@MUSLIM WARRIOR Asalamu alaykum akhi, i can see that you intend good Mashallah, but a lot of imams made mistakes in aqidah such as an nawawi ibn hajr and also suyuti however nowadays people take them to be ashaa’irah, defaming the imams, they do this out of ignorance and hatred and it may be very costly for them on the day of judgment. The scholars have told us how to deal with them and their mistakes. Go to the statement of shaykh ibn uthaymeen on ibn hajr and nawawi and suyuti on youtube inshallah akhi.

@Jaandar Khan naah bro its a big deal since asharis are misguided and have jahmiyah and mutazilite ways which should not be followed . If u read about al suyuti u can see he used to do istighatha to the prophet muhammad. So yeah ibn taymiyyah is more guided than them since he never fell in what they fell. Tajseem is not like human or creation. The scholars clearly say that tajsim is intended to say that Allah has hands, shin,etc unlike the creation. So u basically failed to know this. Abu al hasan al ashari actually left the the mutazilite and jahmi beliefs and in the last part of his life embraced the Ahlu sunnah way

Straight from the manuscript al suyuti said that he did istighatha to the prophet and the istighatha came true 😂 قال الباحث عن الحقيقة : (أشكل عليّ ما قاله السيوطي وذلك في الجزء الثاني من [ حسن المحاضرة في أخبار مصر والقاهرة ] ( ص 14 ) بعد أن نقل عن ابن الجوزي : أن الحاكم العبيدي وصل به ظلمه إلى أن يدعي الربوبية فصار قوم من الجهال إذا رأوه يقولون : يا واحد يا أحد يا محيي يا مميت ، قال - أي السيوطي - بعد أن ذكر ذلك ما نصه : ( قلت : كان في عصرنا أمير يقال له : ازدمر الطويل ، اعتقاده قريب من اعتقاد الحاكم هذا ، وكان يروم أن يتولى المملكة ، فلو قدر الله ذلك فعل نحو ما فعله الحاكم ، وقد أطلعني على ما في ضميره وطلب مني أن أكون معه على هذا الاعتقاد في الباطن إلى أن يوول إلى السلطنة ، فيقوم في الخلق بالسيف حتى يوافقوه على اعتقاده ، فضقت بذلك ذرعاً و ما زلت أتضرع إلى الله تعالى في هلاكه ، وأن لا يوليه على المسلمين ، وأستغيث بالنبي صلى الله عليه وسلم وأسأل فيه أرباب الأحوال حتى قتله الله ، فلله الحمد على ذلك . ))
