Istisalul Sanad Adalatul Jimiat Riwat Daktul Jamiat Riwat Aadam Shudud Aadam Ulilal from these 5 Shurut, all of ulema of Islam agree these has to be there for it to be Sahih. misguided groups like mutazila or hizbu tahriri may accept a Ahad hadith here adn reject it there... Hadith that doesn't contain these 5 will not be sahih. There are different types of weak, some are mursal with a small weakness different then Mawdoo or fabricated. There are 3 different types of weakness. So a weakness can be a break. Sub Khafi (Hidden) and Sub thahir (Apparent) - a hidden and apparent break. 4 types of clear breaks. If a Tabi Tabi'in says Abu huraira reports such and such, a tabi'in is missing so this is a clear break. This is the lightest form of Da'if. Hasan Al Basri was an early Tabi'in and grew up with the Sahabas Radiyallahu anhum. So he would say Prophet peace and blessings be upon him would say such and such... Despite this its Da'if - we don't know who is between the 2. 10 :00 - Abu Dawud has a mursal hadith book. Someone may say why is this weak? We don't doubt the Moral character of the Sahaba. The issue is some Tabi'in report from other Tabi'in. Some Tabi'in report only from Sahaba. So in general Mursal is da'if hadith, esp. if its from a later tabi'in. If a Tabi'in says I heard from a companions said such and such its acceptable, what scholars do is go to other chains and find who is the sahaba. This is a light weakness. What if there is a break later on in the chain? If there is a Da'if hadith later on its a more severe weakness, its called munkar with a later break. What if there is two breaks in a row or more? It's called Mundal. This is why there its important i knowing the type of da'if hadiths. Theres different between establishing an ibada and an a virtue of the ibada. If there is a slight'y da'if, mursal on a virtue of an established ibada its different and possible! With the hadith the scholars always go to the side of caution, because as the hadith goes whoever lies on the Prophet peace and blessings on him isn't lying on someone else, let them take their seat in the hell fire. Mua'laq if there is many breaks in a chain, never used and can be classified with fabrications. 20 :00 - Bukhari would give hadith with Isnad. He would use Matn of hadith to name chapters. HE would use matn without (presenting the) sanad so in mua'laq form like Riyadus Salihin. Another book that uses this is 40 hadith Nawawi. However these hadiths aren't Mua'aliq in reality. the hidden sub/break or tadlis. Its when the wording in unclear or tricky to imply a connection. Ibn Hanbal would say tadlis is lying, Imam Shafi said Shuba' who says tadlis is the brother of lying. Some imams would go to different imams and learn hadiths. For example someone might report on someone with a weak memory by not mentioning his name. So a report can have wordings that hides a break among contemporaries so it, the 3rd hand speech - will be harder to detect. however the Scholars would learn how many hadiths a person heard from each teacher due to looking at other chains. 30 : 00 - sometimes one can switch a name using a lesser known name, this can be done by accident as well. this is why at times tadlis can at times not be haram but if done on purpose it can be haram. Some did it to make it easier for students. Some of them would take out strong scholars. there were times they could number the hadiths a person heard from a imam. this can be one way a sahih apparent hadith becomes weak!

good rules & laws of weak & forged Ahadiths explanation # what about the Hadith of Bukhari which says " Prophet in the begining attempted for suicide " this Hadith is narrated by a Tabaee تابعی ???? #
@salm_
@salm_ Жыл бұрын
This addition in the hadeeth about the Prophet’s suicide is a weak addition because it is one of the muallaqat. The authentic hadith in Bukhari is the one that begins with the saying: “He spoke to us” Al-Hafiz Ibn Hajar said in his explanation of the hadith: “The one who said: “As we have been informed” is Al-Zuhri, and it is one of his communications and is not connected. This part of the hadith in which it is mentioned that the Prophet - may God’s prayers and peace be upon him - used to fall from the tops of the tallest mountains came in the narration of Ma’mar on the authority of Al-Zuhri, and Al-Zuhri - as it is known - is a follower who did not live with the Prophet - may God bless him and grant him peace - or see or hear from him. The intermediary between him and the Prophet, may God’s prayers and peace be upon him, is unknown, and Al-Zuhri did not mention who informed him of this story, so this addition - in which the suicide attempt is made - is mursal, and the mursal hadith is that which the follower narrates directly from the Messenger of God - may God’s prayers and peace be upon him -, and the mursal hadith One of the sections of the weak hadith that has not been proven, and therefore this narration is called from: Al-Zuhri’s Communications, as Al-Zuhri said: “As far as we have been informed”, and whoever informed him of that is unknown, and it is not known whether it is fair or not? The conditions for the validity of the hadith according to the scholars of hadith, and then the rule of this addition is the transmission, and the transmitter of Imam Al-Zuhri is weak according to the scholars of hadith.

"The most rigid and prejudiced lecture I've witnessed; simply labeling differing opinions within Ahl Sunnah Wal Jama as misguided indicates that this is not about the pursuit of knowledge, but rather a form of indoctrination and manipulation."
