The europeans had NO victory during the life of the messenger of Allah peace and blessings be upon him - a victory that he celebrated with happiness. And this is from the quraan itself. Surah Ar-Room. So the Room that the QURAAN refers to are those whom Allah mentions favourably. They are NOT the western europeans. The other room are the western europeans (in case you did not know 25% of Russia is in Europe. Moscow is Europe's largest city). Don't conflate the two Room's and understand that one group is referred to in the Qur'aan and hadith in a negative context whilst another are referred to in Qur'aan and hadith in a positive context.
