I’m ngl I liked the dlc story and characters but the performance and difficulty just ruined most of the experience. It’s bad we got baby difficulty by default but performance being this bad on a 35$ dlc is a legitimate crime.

Pokemon keeps thinking that levels 1 to 70 are the norm and 80 to 100 are some weird post-game number If you actually do the DLC with the intended level pokemon it can put of a fight but thats a self imposed challenge

It is level scaled, it just isn't done in a smart way. They have set levels based on story progression since you start the dlc almost immediately. Not sure how else they could do it though, given you can have so many pokemon and swap them out whenever you want. What are they going to do, scale it to the level of your current party? So you can start the DLC with level 100's and go to the final fight with level 20's and it will scale?
