A version of the lucky break build I use it Iron will, plot twist, dead hard and lucky break - Iron will lets you keep running to gain ground without being heard and makes killer's lose chase more effectively as grunting is so much quieter and you use the ground gained to find a safe place to plot twist as when plot twisting it pauses the luckybreak timer and you get up fully healed, dead hard is just my preference for the spare perk slot you could swap it out with something like built to last to refill medkits or use inner healing or something to heal off hook, if using self heal instead of plot twist I would advise using botany to speed up the self healing speed.

This healing/hiding build isn't OP, it just punishes killers that are too focused on scratch marks and sounds. Whenever I've seen Ohm use this build, there have been plenty of times that the killers could've easily have caught Ohm if they weren't so focused on scratch marks and listening for injured player sounds.
