Man, I just wish I could write this character. I usually like edgy characters, but they're mostly terribly written. I'm neither negative or positive about Shadow, because he just replaced the Sonic rival place. Infinite could be a much better character if he atleast had some respect for his enemies, could be a little more open-minded, have a good backstory, which shows what led him to be a squad leader and what he has seen in the world before he met Eggman.

I absolutely agree, there were so many cool and good things that could be done with this character. From his past, history, personality, to his facet as a Villain. Even after looking at the game manual I realized that they only paid attention to giving it a good design and forgot about the rest. It was an absolute disappointment what happened to the game.

Most likely due to the game not being able to render that QTE properly due to the change in Sonic's model. This is possibly one of the reasons why you cant play as Shadow in Egg Gate or Luminous Forest due to these QTEs only being programed for Sonic to enter.
