Thank you so much for this video! My nursing exam is in September and this has helped so much! I have a question about prioritizing when there is a problem about pain. For example, a practice question i had was: I have to give priority information to a post op patient: a) how to do the breathing exercises b) how to do circulatory exercices post op c) tell them to ask for pain medication before getting to 5/10 on the pain scale. The answer was actually c) because if they're in pain they will not be able to/ won't want to do the breathing exercices/ mobilization. I'd like your feedback on this because it goes against what you're saying if you have to follow ABCD-safety-psych and it blurs the lines a little! Also, does pain belong to the psych category in the pyramid?
