I like to believe it’s someone wanting to dismiss their own flaws and imperfections with themselves by focusing on stuff like autistic traits and humiliating autistic people to feel like they are better than they actually are. It’s usually in groups so that people are more likely to enable their own behaviour instead of fixing their flaws which can be an addiction or anything short themselves that they are unhappy with
