Mason's Heating & Cooling work quality (take 2) and First American home warranty

This is the 2nd attempt at repair from Mason's Heating and Air of Chesapeake, VA on a First American Home Buyers Protection repair. It took a month to get a/c. This is after instal attempt 1 here: • Mason's Heating & Cool... I also got raped for $1500 of "non covered fees" they claimed, that now appear to supposed to have been covered. First American Home Buyers Protection is also a worthless company who will put you in circular arguments with script reading hacks at a call center in south america. I had no choice in what company to do the work. This video may go away should it all be fixed but I HIGHLY doubt that.

We had First American, and this is why we switched. We had constant issues with them. We now have Alliance Home Warranty and that whole repair they did for you there, would have cost me 65 bucks. I pay 48 a month for full appliance, AC, and all home issue coverage. We had our water heater covered 100%, our Heat Pump replaced 100%, they even pay to pump your septic once a year. We have been really happy with them.

A.c. unit shouldnt be all wet underneath either 800 bucks too adapt to your venting I would of said a few choice words and did it my self for im sure less then 100 sounds like they just basickly made you pay for a new unit at cost

I think they are in bed with the mortgage companies because we had them when we bought our home. In any event our repairs at least happened (we had dumb stuff like a fridge go out etc) but it generally took 2 -3 weeks.
