In this video I am sharing a simple yet unique recipe of whole Masoor Khichadi. This is a one pot meal and is extremely tasty. आलू और मसूर का स्वाद भरा पुलाव, Masoor Pulao,aloo masoor dal Pulao recipe, hyderabadi masoor pulao, akkha masoor pulao recipe, sabut masoor pulao recipe.
Ingredients
1) Masoor (whole) - 1/2 cup
2) Oil - 2.5tbsp
3) Chopped onion - 3/4 cup
4) Salt - 1tsp
5) Turmeric powder - 1/4tsp
6) Ginger Garlic paste -1/2tsp
7) Red chili powder -1tsp
8) Talla Masala - 2tbsp
9) Potato - 1 big
10) Rice - 1.25 cups
11) Garam Masala - 1/4tsp
12) Coconut Milk - 1/3cup
13) Grated fresh coconut & chopped coriander leaves for garnishing
Talla Masala
1)Sliced onion - 1/2cup
2) Grated dry coconut - 1/4cup
3) Coriander seeds - 1tsp
4) Cumin seeds - 1/2tsp
5) Black pepper - 4 to 5
6) Cinnamon - 1/2 inch
7) Cloves - 2
