I see a lot of people complaining about the Reload version and I don't have an issue with it. Actually listening to it side by side, I find the new one a lot more energetic. I find that focusing on the vocals makes this track a lot better. I do agree the chorus in the original sounds better though, but the main meat of the RELOAD track sounds a lot better. I find the frog noises not as annoying as some, if anything they sort of add tension to the track itself, almost like an alarm to me. All in all, something I could vibe to. Though I didn't exactly grow up on the original, so maybe that has something to do with it.

The new Mass Destruction is growing on me. The frog synth still distracts me but it has a lot of good stuff going on for it. Second verse, Azami and LJ's overlapping chorus at the end, the guitars, less reverb, higher clarity, and Azami's sharper "Tatatata!" makes for a worthy successor of the original! Off topic, but the remastered Masters of Shadow's main synth sounds more like an alarm and seriously sounds badass.

Fun fact: The Lotus Juice remix wasn’t actually used in the Persona 3 Movie. It was from a theme song cd for the movie. All four of those cd’s came with a movie ticket. I don’t remember which version was used in the movie but it was probably the original or Reincarnation version. I watched the movies and noticed that only the remixes of Burn My Dread and Memories of You were actually in the movies out of those movie ticket cd remixes. For example instead of Konishi’s Power Mix, the Reincarnation version of Unavoidable Battle was used.
