I loved the combat dialogue: Merc: "Oh shit! That Turian they've got with them, I think that's Archangel!" Merc: "That Krogan's still alive!? Somebody kill him now!" Merc: "I'm starting to think we picked the wrong Shepard...." Really shows just how legendary Shepard and his companions have become in the galaxy!

The thing I love about this DLC is how the party is reacting to the whole thing, a pissed off Shepard Clone wants to kill the original, and they just kill everything that moves while cracking the sickiest jokes ever. They are so badass they don't even need to try.

Same, they were such a damn good challenge to get through especially on my usually-preferred Insanity difficulty (highest difficulty level) where I can still kick their ass thanks to the VERY damn powerful silenced pistol you get (yes, i'm well aware it's offset by it's low ammo capacity but, just like the Mattock, it REALLY kicks ass when utilized right, seriously...! ) on those VERY durable energy riot shield enemies. :D They were SOOOOO much fun to contend with and it's a real shame they don't appear again afterwards... :( But I suppose that's the advantage the PC version gets with mods and so forth of course, damn... :

This Dlc was more faithful to the franchise, than the rest of the franchise. Clever jokes, references from every game, and some time away from the battlefield with your squad. Why wasn't this the default end to ME3?

With the power of mods, it /is/ the default end~ Every ME3 playthrough of mine where I can help getting the proper war score for Shep to survive has this DLC as the ending. It;'s fucking perfect.

Because it would've been lame. The Extended Cut ending is the perfect one for ME. The confrontation with the Illusive Man is by far the best moment in the saga. And I don't mind Shepard dying, as long as his/her death is meaningful. And it is.

Armed to the teeth, present in numbers, no problem Shepard is armed with a silenced pistol which... surprisingly... packs a good bunch, aim to the head, cover grabbing those mercenaries and staying out of fire. This music really underlined that Shepard's situation is indeed very dicey.

This combat track is smooth, rather than adrenaline building like the other combat tracks. At first i didn't like it because it's not a good combat fit... then i realized it was perfect because CAT6 vs the ENTIRE Normandy team is walk in the park. Now I can't imagine it any other way.

Ugh, this was so intense the first time I heard it. I hadn't even left the first table in the Sushi bar when I was completely out of ammo on my silenced pistol, there were drones dropping on me and breaking my shields, I had no companions to back me up, and to make things worse, I had one bar of health left with no Medi-Gel! ;~; Thankfully I was an Engineer, so I could spawn turrets and drones, and fight back with fireballs.

It plays when you haven't shot/been spotted by the CAT6 troops after you fall through the aquatic floor tank and are about to land the first shot on one of the CAT6 troops. i mean 90% of shep's dialogue is them asking open ended questions. "tell me about your project. they can kiss my ass. i should go. why do you want to kill us all?". you never really get to shoot the shit with anybody. you never get to recall personal history "this is how akuze happened. this is how living on earth was. i enlisted because. after the war i want to". you revolve around others too much. also, everyone comes to back you up at the sushi bar. nobody tries to save you at the catalyst

still, somebody should have flipped their shit and been like "WHAT'RE YOU TALKING ABOUT, ITS THE COMMANDER, WE CAN'T JUST ABANDON THEM". especially if you rescued the crew on the collector base. hell, as soon as you open the arms of the citadel, they should have loaded onto the shuttle to board citadel tower. but nope, lets spend the entire series being selfless, and then get abandoned. the love interest or garrus should have totally argued at the end.

My biggest issue with vanguards in this DLC is that they have the nasty and persistent habit of charging right through all the juicy dialogue and squadmate comments, missing a good portion of the jokes.
