Oooh, all these years later and this is my first time seeing what happens if you have a happy ending with Reyes. I saved Sloane in mine and dumped him after the big reveal (I am glad I romanced him in my first playthrough so it was an actual surprise), but I think I'm going to start a new game and go for the happy ending with Reyes this time. Queen consort!

It's the Heleus Defender Armor, you can research it under the Heleus Technology tab. I think that one is leveled up to about 7 or 8. I can't remember though if it available on the first play through or if it opens up by doing a New Game + and importing a completed game.
