I started out wanting to romance Jaal b/c he's really sweet, but gave in to the temptation and ended up with Reyes instead in my first playthrough. If we ever get a 2nd Andromeda game (which we most likely won't), I would have love to see how they develop Reyes's character and influence even further.

I'm sooo glad I romanced Reyes on my first playthrough so the big reveal wasn't ruined. That made it so much more engaging. HOWEVER, I stupidly saved Sloane, and then you only see Reyes again at the very end when he comes to help you, and while everyone is celebrating, he winks at you and walks off, so you don't even really get to talk to him or anything. I wish it had more closure. I'm currently doing a playthrough where I plan to let him kill Sloane, just to see if the ending will be different. Reyes is one of my favorite Bioware romances though, regardless.

@@MegMage to elaborate a bit, SWTOR is an MMO, but arguably the most single player-friendly one there is. You can do all story stuff alone and not interact with other players at all. It's a classic Bioware game with romances, voiced protagonists, and the dialogue wheel. And there is so much content accumulated over the last ten years that even playing through the existing story on a single character will probably occupy you until Dreadwolf comes out. :) And because it's set thousands of years before the movies you don't even have to know much about the universe to enjoy it.

Even with the Peebee hook up, there are still actual romance scenes. There is also Vetra, Cora, Suvi, Keri, Liam, Avaela, and of course Jaal that you already played through. I think that is it. Some are tame, but the Cora and Peebee ones can get steamy. I haven't played the Vetra or Liam ones yet so not sure about those.

There is something very fanfic-y ( which I love) about romancing Reyes and being called, The Queen of Kadara 👀 I think its either Cora or Vetra who call you that if you romance him and I LOVE IT.

Totally missed that you posted this! Watching a video of Reyes' romance was actually what got me wanting to play any Mass Effect games and I was so disappointed he had less content than some of the others. It was rushed, though, and I love what we got so I'm happy

I picked Rayes as my romance option in Andromida since I was playing a female Ryder. Now everyone tells me to read Nexus Uprising Anyway turns out I have a habit of romancing shadowy powers using fake names.
