The council kept denying the existence of the reapers till it was almost too late. I dont think they would even consider listening to the theory that "Giant moon sized meatballs roam the galaxy in search of species to convert into more meatballs."

@@rotrox4145 the citadel council choose to ignore the threat and then they all begged shepard to save their homeworld atleast the turian's got humbled big time. and the salarian councilor was much, much more grateful you save her during the cerberus attack. meanwhile the Asari's where hoarding ancient tech that could've helped everyone earlier in defeating the reapers. but decided to keep everyone in the dark until their homeworld is attacked. off topic. now i want to see the entire normandy crew along with the citadel council Reacts to Metroid Prime Trilogy. especially with Dark Samus.
