Your rings are SO fun! Love the case where you can just enjoy them. These lace things are too cute! I made 5. What a great idea! Since I was hand stitching mine, I liked using a button the best for the top. Halloween-that’s where you can use your purple!

I have a deep-ish glass-covered picture frame, probably a shadow box really, and I've labeled it on the back, "These Are A Few Of My Favorite Things" (LOL typos are funny things... I nearly wrote " These Are A Few Of My Favorite THONGS!!" 😬😲😳) But I digress... this shadow box has shiny, sparkly things that just make me smile! One-of vintage earrings, loose, polished stones that I remember my dad used to collect well over 50 years ago, loose cut stones of all colors, filigree bits, and, but of course, some wonderfully trashy rings that would make you drool 🤤! Needless to say I appreciate, "get", and even envy your box! Now... a smaller box to hold some rings for your daughter for when you girls craft together!! Now Tina, I must say, I'm surprised that it took you so long to get to the black lace! 'sup woman? I know I mentioned before that I've had your ecru and black opera kit printed out for quite (quite!) some time now, even have the cover fabric... I'm picturing these pretty strips in black lace, the skinny, skinny shiny ribbon in black, and some ecru lace with some sort of gold topper... how'm I doin' so far? (Now watch... I'm only half way through this vid and you're gonna do nothing but black lace from here on out!) Oh!! And the trampoline you and your sister took the kids to... First, WHY didn't you two jump? Don't you know we are all just tall children? And second, I smile when I remember the outdoor trampoline park my dad used to take me to when I was... maybe six-ish? 10 or 12 full-sized trampolines stretched over deep holes dug into cement with uncovered springs AND surrounded by cement on all sides. Yeah, like that'd fly today! But I had an absolute BLAST! Anyway darling, I hope you are having a Terrific Tuesday (at least it's Tuesday as I type this). Hug yourself for me and be blessed. I bet you’re a really fun mum. Your Symphony Orchestra journal is going to be awesome, perfect for these. Lol, that trampoline park you used to go to as a child, imagine being surrounded by concrete today! The health and safety people would be having a fit! Haha. Those rings! I love them in their pretty new box with the clear cover. The lace streamers are a good idea. Hot glue and I don’t mix well, bit FabriTac might work. Will give it a go. TFS, Tina! 💕💕

Shoot if my back and knees were fixed which starts with the first knee replacement SOON. I would have been jumping like I did when I was young. That's a wonderful exercise. You can add what some call dingle dangle things or beads. That would be pretty, mix some fabric in, the ideas are endless on these. 💞🙂

Maybe tie the eyelash trim in a bow before you trim it from the spool. After you glue it down you can also trim the bow loops for more loose ends if that is what you want. Just a thought. I have a box full of old, but not antique, lace. Can’t wait to pull it out and make some of these. Jan

How cool 😎 your rings look fab in the case! Tfs! I can't remember the streamers. You have some beautiful lace 😍. These are so CUTE 😍 yes I was thinking ribbon too, I have skinny stuff. We've had those two storms up here, luckily we didn't lose power like so many! UGH accounts 😜 such a relief to get back to the desk. I'd craft all day every day if I could🙊. The eyelash trim is fiddly but really cute 😍. I'd probably use these as bookmarks too as I'm always losing them. Tfs and have a great day 💖💖 P.S. I bought some of the liquid glass. It's perfect for glazing these flower brooches and filling in pendant charms/bezel trays instead of the glass cobachons. Flat stuff is a little trickier because it's a pouring medium and flows more than glossy accents but I'm sure I'll get the hang of it.

Yes, I feel a similar feeling coming back to my craft projects, whether just a card or a journal...I get a nervous stomach...and my issue seems to be a slight fear of approching the "great unknown..." creating for me is a bit of fear of being able to create anything!
