That's an awesome game. Thanks for the cast, the dual cast is a treat for sure. Also what a twist with that mid game rapier play! Massive blow to Sgt serve. But also great recovery, immediately turning the metal makers off to avoid disaster. This is something I didn't hear you guys comment on, when Red was floating metal they were actually stalling energy, and maybe should have turned off some metal makers because as you know that also stops the warlord from firing at full efficiency. In any case great game, props to both players. Loved the cast, it was awesome. more games let's goooo!

There was no metal in the water cause there was no underwater extractor. CC expansion added a ton of new units and with those all the underwater stuff (extractors, storages, hovers, more subs, seaplanes, etc...), so their maps got the sea metal spots. They did not retroactively added to existing maps though, only the maps from the expansions got it.

Someone should edit this map to add in underwater metal deposits at certain locations -- give players the option to play the original (this one) and the modified one. The modified map and the original would create different gameplay outcomes.

Anyone got recommendations for good hybrid land-sea maps? I like the idea of infantry fighting while boats do shore bombardment, but it's been hard find maps that do a bit of both well.
