From watching your hands, I believe you are playing it in a different key than the original key of B-flat major

No it’s in B flat major

The Key of the setting is actually Gm. The same key signature as Bb with two flats, but definitely composed harmonically and melodically in the minor mode. It resolves to G-Major at the end and in spots along the way for added interest.
