The Spectrometry and the behavior of Elements can always relate on the ionic configuration, the way O2 can be increased for it to bind to other compounds and their respective strength. The Ionic configuration can be increased always, as long as it knows its base compound for it to have its molecular activity, either it repels or binds itself to other compound. Great video, although magnetic field never accelerates any particle, that would be the electric field. Magnetic field is there to deflect the ions depending on their weight and charge.

Then won't it make Spectroscopy substantially complex plus how can I be so certain that the electron beam didn't knock off more than one electron? Quick note, the furthest peak to the right isn't generally the M+ ion, but the M+1 or M+2 ion, depending on the typical isotopic presence. That ratio, M+ and M+x ions, will tell you how many carbons you have to determine the molecular formula.

The electron beam doesn’t remove a hydrogen, it just removed an electron so the molecular mass is still the same.

The mass spectrometer shoots electrons on the molecule and depending on the energy it is done with, it can split the molecule in smaller fragments or just steal one electron. The latter creates the parent-peak. My understanding is that the amount of energy with which the electron shoots at the molecule determines, if it get split or not. With less energy, it get's less likely that the electron splits the molecule, so you can get a bigger peak for the parent ion. And with more energy it get's more likely to create fragments, so the parent ion's peak get's smaller. I assume, that it is better to create more fragments than parent ions to be able to determine the structure of the molecule from the beginning.

What if all of the sample is fragmented? The largest fragments will appear at the right, but that will not be actual molecular weight of the compound!

I'm not an expert at all. But I feel like the probability is fairly low that 100% of the sample will be fragmented every time. It's probably likely that a few will slip through unfragmented, at least that's my interpretation.

Could someone explain why we can trust the parent peak to be representative of the target molecule? What prevents the fragmented pieces of the molecule from recombining into a larger molecule that is not the same as the original. My only guess is that larger molecules tend to be less stable than smaller ones and with a shower of electrons would not be able to form or remain long enough to be detected before fragmenting again (since a larger molecule would have more mass, possibly allowing it to travel longer before reaching the detector, should the mass-charge ratio allow), I'm not sure about it though.

all the ions are either cations or anions depending upon the mode of the machine but mostly cations. the ion extractor in the machine only extracts cations/anions to the analyzer. so chemical reaction between the same charge is not possible..

Yes, with the proper controls and methodology. Internal standards are used either as, or in conjunction with, system suitability tests to check the precision of the instrument before a run. Retention times and signal: noise ratios are checked that they fall within the proper ranges before a run. Internal standards of a known concentration are spiked into samples that are extracted, as well as in a method blank to determine background noise that will then be subtracted from final values. Peak area heights of endogenous analytes are plotted over the peak area of the internal standard, and this fraction is multiplied by the known concentration of the internal standard.

This is Reeeeaaaallly late, but I'll answer it anyway. 1 is just a Hydrogen, 32 is the parent ion (mass of methanol), 15 is the methyl cation, and 17 is the OH. The 16 could possibly be the O, but I am not so sure.
