Illah is the word in Arabic that refers to God. No one should think that the word Allah takes its root in ‘Illah’, both are two different words. Assalamalaikum, why does like jewish scriptures, islamic scriptures does not mention Yahweh. Used to believe that Islam is the ultimate truth and believed that Jews, Christians and Muslims worship the same God but understood that Jews and Christians worship God of Abraham. Why would God choose a polytheist for arabia when already people worshipping God of Abraham that is Christians and Jews existed in then Arabia? **The name of the Islamic prophet Mohammed’s father was Abdullah means “servant of Allah. Then how could Islamic prophet Mohammed’s father, Abdullah means “servant of Allah before Archangel Gabriel visiting the prophet? This proves that there existed a God named Allah. Islamic prophet Mohammed was born into polytheism and the prophets father was a polytheist. Islamic prophet Mohammed only knows to which God is referred.**
