A wonderful project. I enjoyed your detailed research and presentation. I grew up in the shadow of the Main Street elevated in Charlestown. The trains came by so much, we didn't even notice them. We moved to Medford in 1971 and right away the missing sounds of those clunky Pullmans was quite noticeable to us all, until they migrated across the Mystic River in April 1975 on the new Haymarket North Extension.

Thanks, the Pullmans got preserved, but the Hawker Siddeleys sadly all got scrapped and were not preserved.
