Mortician clone like this should be my cup of tea but I'm stuck noticing how this guy copied everything to the tee, if imitation is flattery then this is restraining order.. I would love it if it wasnt such an exact copy of a bands sound. The guy who made this and his other releases is running a fine line with actual plagiarism with parts of actual Mortician riffs used 8:32 is a track called Furnace Of Pain but its literally the riff from Final Bloodbath same tuning with a note chopped off the end... The song Chaos Sanctuary this time tuned a bit higher is the same riff as World Damnation with two 1st fret notes added in with the chugs. Thats the only reason Im not a fan of this band.

Oh noo what a problem! a band used similar riffs to other band. like if other bands did not already copies riffs from other bands was checking Fluids and they have a LOT of copied riffs from Mortician, same with Carnivorous Vagina Want to know how many other bands copied riffs from other bands? lol

@@Willykiller754 Riffs are like moves in Chess, beyond the first 3-4 moves theres more different games than there are particles in our physical dimension. Riffs also have timing which is another layer. If people write music the chance of them copying another bands riff exactly is in general so infinitely small that they must be copying intentionally, this however is reduced significantly by using the same guidelines that others do for example starting with a 4/4 beat at 160 bpm its now a lot more likely that you might copy another riff using the same template, then the tuning also applies. But if you understand these things then theres no way anyone should ever copy riffs. The guy from Massacred who replied already is pretty much a Mortician superfan who didnt realize as he writes a lot of songs in that style most of them perfectly new and probably listens to Mortician a lot , he did not stress how it is fair and right to copy other peoples riffs he sounds like a cool metalhead. Why are you trying to say plagiarism is ok?

@@cattycats4 not saying plagiarism is ok by any means i think this band as already made some awesome riffs in their albums, sure that one sounds like final bloodbath but its not like there albums riffs sound all like Mortician, its not big of a deal dude.
