I appreciate a Central European violinist for telling me about this. It's easily my favorite newer release of the year. German metal is the greatest. This reminds me a little of Freedom Call, another personal fave. A truly good male power metal voice is so hard to find and David Bassin has it!

Now labels are uploading full albums? Dunno how to find this. I thought "teasing" leads to money, not giving all for free. But to be honest i didn`t like Massacre Records in 90`s and early 00`s, since they had massive voice-overs on their promos. And now complete albums without voice-overs for free? Strange label philosphy.

If they don't upload it, any other user will do it anyways. I think it is better for labels to promote their material that way, they can collect data from the listeners and even improve some things.

You may be right, but uploading full releases is something i just can`t find good. It`s beyond my understanding, why this method should bring more buyers, as if there would be just uploaded snippets. I mean It`s about getting people interested into something and not giving away all for nothing. Or maybe i`m just getting too old and rusted for this kind. :) I can remember that on older magazine-samplers songs were cut short / faded-out.

Well, I'm gonna buy this album after first deciding not to be interested. You know what happened for me to change my mind and throw money at it anyway? I started listening the full album on youtube :-P

Not impressed with the guitarwork. The guitars in Dreamchaser were much more harmonious. Killer melodic choruses still present though. Album has...grown on me, I can no longer pick my personal favorite \m/ They really tried upping their ballad skills with A Million Lightyears and it's...there I suppose. A bit too many ideas thrown together, not a fan of that. I prefer the darker themes from Dreamchaser. Its ballad was some serious poetry! All in all, a decent record. But they can do so much better. Still, I'd rather have a Heart of the Phoenix than what they write now.
