Thank you so much, last night watched it and tryed it, nothing change, but this morning my breast was allway around like stone and šo painfull + already taking antibiotics for last 3 days without improovement. Before docter gave me drugs I was going true cold hot, cold hot+ extream pain in all body parts, phase..it was terrible. And this simple massage+ my manual pump and I got out 220ml out, normally was 40ml with 30min struggle with electric pump and still same pain after. I'm 4 weeks after birth! Thank you so much, I'm free from pain and stress and struggle. I feel like I won lottery today 🎉. You are doing the best job on earth by helping others❤ ❤

Can this help if I have weaned cold Turkey and am now engorged? I don’t want to stimulate more milk. I just want to relieve pain and clogged ducts. Thank you!

Lymphatic drainage is very good for people who have had breast cancer but it's important to understand that when you've had radiation your lymphatic system may be compromised. Your safest option is to find a trained lymphatic therapist who understands cancer and cancer treatment to work with you and give you some guidance for self-care. I do this work in Buffalo, NY and can offer some guidance on finding someone in your area.
