Went to a Rolfing expert,my right knee has been aching for about a year.i went to pt but no relief only added to the pain.i had one session and my knee is about 95 percent better ,I never would believe that this would work,I was going to get a cortisone shot but no way,I’m going back to my Rolfing expert.This is real ,I’m going back tomorrow.

I'm not sure the point you're trying to make, other than to leave comments hating on something. Your negativity is unwelcome here. But to rebuttal, if your point is that a straight back or "perfect posture" is the purpose of Rolfing, then you're incorrect. Age related changes, and posture, aren't an indication of function. The goal of Rolfing is to improve the way a body relates to its space and improve its function. Sometimes that results in "better" (whatever that is) posture, sometimes not.

The truth is, Rolfers cannot explain how Rolfing benefits the body, without descending into mystical verbiage.

Sadly, in every profession there are a few who make the rest look bad but I go to extreme lengths to stay professional and ethical.
