All battery power tool has the same possible problem like this but, in this case, BMS may be the mainly flaw to drain out one of cell instead of balance out (in my opinion)

@@fixsurithese products are built incredibly cheaply. The brand name products cost much more, but hopefully contain far higher quality hw design.

I have one that doesnt fully charge, and automatically shuts off after 20 seconds or so after powering on. . But when I removed top cover, and kept the pcb away from the gun, it seemed to work normally? Im thinking there is so much vibration that it loosed a solder joint or the micro usb charging port. Please respond with som advice. THANKYOU

Li-ion battery will deliver longer punching power but the end of power drainage will be quick cliff edge. I think this unit gave user a false update due to BMS design. The BMS on this unit is not really good to manage unbalanced cell that could lead early failure I have

Yes, Mostly one or more battery cells are causing the issue

It wasn't the battery after all it was the copper pieces not connected properly
