I have still 2000 serie tractors working on my farm. Never had a gearbox issue... Maybe your operating skills need adjustment...

Dear jp 6792... funny how MF quickly discontinued the " speedshift " transmission due to disastrous unreliability and massive sales losses to JD , I can remember when MF were world leaders in combine sales too but lost threw away their market by making equally unreliable heaps of junk, I would,nt waste my money on a 2000 series tractor then or now, you keep on believing darlingxxxx
