We don't sell many Windrowers here but we did sell a WR9970 and have video on it. kzbin.info/www/bejne/iqfIm5KkjqqonqM We were never a Gehl Dealer so no experience with those machines only HESSTON Round Balers.

They hot property, I would work with your local dealer. Right now is Order writing time for 2025 year model production and you can lock in prices & programs for future delivery machines. It's the smart way to buy.

Available in india ? I have 1840 , but facing more choaking problem while baling sugarcane trash. Single fork is the biggest problem creater, when it returns back pick up pushed more straw behind the fork. Fork should be run like 360 rotation, like in 1842 .

1842S should be global balers but not sure what they are selling to India. Check with your local dealer or Massey Ferguson India. We are a dealer in North America.

I’m surprised they went back to the raspy knotter they had that on my old case IH 8530 I had nothing but problems with it. My Heston 4590 has a different type of otter much better.

Rasspe has been building knotters for 190 years and like many companies continually improves product to increase performance & reliability. AGCO has been using the Rasspe knotter for International Market Balers and all 1842 (16" x 18") and 1844S (3 String) Balers. Availability and Reliability where key reasons to use the Rasspe Knotter for the 1842S.

We run 30 -40k bales a year thru our 1840. We usually get a new one every 4 years. Because they are now made in China we are keeping this one and just replacing wear parts. Where is this one made.

1842S for 2024 are manufactured in the Global Hay & Harvest Facilities in Jining Manufacturing Facilities in China. Here is Video of the Manufacturing Facilities: kzbin.info/www/bejne/mIaYXoiDYruFZ8Usi=-iyiBHt-tSC94oQl . As a Dealer we take great steps in Pre Delivery Inspections of the Balers before they leave our dealership. In 2023 when we obtained product from both manufacturing facilities we found less adjustments needed to the Jining Facility machines than the Hesston built products. We have had less after sales concerns too. Demand has now outpaced the capacity and work force at Hesston and changes are coming for 2025 where HESSTON becomes Only Commercial Hay (Big Square & Windrows) and Combine Manufacturing. Current AGCO Facilities in Mexico will now build Conventiional Haytools for North America.
