Luna is so goofy ❤️. The way she pops her head from side to side.

Hello and politeness, do not get tired. I am Ali. I live in Iran. I am deaf. I wanted information about the Massachusetts Eye Clinic. I wanted to know how hearing loss is treated with surgery. What advances have they made? I know the Massachusetts Eye Clinic has gained international fame for successfully treating the most difficult eye diseases. Name the hardest example of these successes for me. Which patient was able to regain their normal hearing?

Unless you have a good language foundation yourself, did you acquire normal hearing before? What causes accidental deafness? 😏😎😉😆😆

I have an 8 year old who was implanted at 4 years old. She wore high powered hearing aids before but lost her hearing completely at 4 years. Now at 8 she is top of her class and thriving. It’s all about how you work with the child and take advantage of any help that you can get for your child. The cochlear implants has given my child her hearing back and it is amazing.

Don’t ask these questions on KZbin. Go to an audiologist and see if your child is a candidate for a cochlear implant (not all deaf people are). It is best to the cochlear implant as early as possible so that the child can “catch up” to peers in speech and language.

Cochlear implant are not best option waste of time going to speech noot too perfect. When child grew up later want to take it off cochlear not happy wearing it. Want to learn Asl sign language.

I think parents are wrong forcing to have baby into cochlear implant. I prefer leave babyy alone to natural deaf life. It waste of money . Let baby grew up and learn into deaf community

And the best thing about that is you can decide that with your own children.

No that's not true because the deaf community is wrong ASL is not recommended. I research about Total Communication. It was so risky because I had bad sign language, poor English, and a lack of speech in a mainstream school when I grew up there. My parents spoke Spanish and didn't even know how to sign language. I looked like I was a language deprivation. I wish they chose Cued Speech or Auditory/Oral for me instead of Total Communication.

What if your child won't learn spoken language without a cochlear implant, he or she is lonely with hearing people. Please you should change your mind. I beg you.

Let baby grew up and learn oral language into hearing community
