That's quite a feat. Back around 1980, my brother and I each tried a steak challenge in San Antonio Texas. A 60 ounce steak in an hour. We both finished around 35-40 ounces and then had to pack it in. Raina is really a star!

Congratulations on gnawing your way through that roast. I won't call it a steak. Too much gristle, it should have been cooked as a pot roast to tenderize the meat and break down some of the gristle.

I had to fast forward some parts because I felt like my jaw was getting sore, just seeing how tough that meat looked. It looked really juicy, but there was a lot of gristle. I don't know why you didn't ask for a sharper knife. But as always, you put your head down and faced the challenge that is before you. Well done, Raina. I was looking mostly at your jewelry. That's medium. Rare would be a lot more red than pink. Looks delicious to me. But, I respect that others don't like it that way. To each their own, as they say.

Do you even know what the types of cooking look like? Rare is lots of blood juice and really pink in color. Medium is still some pink but just cooked properly. Being tuff is called WELL DONE and that is absolutely the flavor got cooked right down to the sewer plant and bone dry need plenty of sauce or ketchup to revive. You need to look up your cooking terms of how a steak is done.
