Hi Carolina! We were suddenly informed by the builder that our new house, which we'll be closing on in a week, was currently mapped in a flood zone - but that the area would no longer be mapped as a flood zone in about 25 days after we close. Have you heard about this?

I live in the neighborhood 5 minutes a from here. Took a look at the models and they were extremely nice a big. I would love to live in one of the 2 story homes but they are too expensive. like a mom and a dad would probably have to work just to afford it. thanks for the video!

The area around that community is very nice! Affordable compared to many other cities in California. If you are comparing it to other states that are cheaper, then I would have to agree with you about it being crazy that I said its affordable haha. Appreciate you watching and commenting!
