For the micellar water, I definitely recommend Avène - the Bioderma one irritated my skin so much!

This is a great video and so helpful!! Do you know if it’s true that there are skin bleaching ingredients in southeast asian sunscreens? I feel like this isn’t true and I’m hoping I can continue to buy my usual Asian sunscreens when I’m in Thailand/cambodia/vietnam for 2.5 months later this year!

All the sunscreens in Thailand that I saw didn’t contain any bleaching ingredients, they mostly stock all the Korean & Japanese brands in the major department stores which all comply to proper sunscreen regulations :)

Some of them but not common. It's on the label "whitening" ( in English). The whitening usually mild I wouldn't called it bleach. The real bleach here is fruit soap . Be careful with soap that has fruit and fruit extract ingredients .

Hi. I am off to Asia Thailand, Vietnam and Philippines. I don’t want to carry loads of serums etc as only have hand luggage, will I be able to get everything I need out there ? What are the prices like ? X

Speaking from my personal experience, I definitely over-packed my skincare when I visited Thailand! There are isles of mini/travel-sized skincare products at 7-Eleven for 50p - £3.00. If you plan on shopping for full-sized products, I'd recommend checking out Watsons as they have a) more options of Korean/Japanese/ Asian brands and b) more affordable prices and discounts (e.g. 2-for-1 deals/ 2nd bottle 80% off etc). One thing I wouldn't recommend is going to Boots (for skincare) as it's way more expensive than here! Have a great trip :)

Where in Bangkok can I buy these Japanese products?

Hi, I’m also currently traveling and in Bangkok and watching a few videos on Asian skin care that is available in Thailand. Anyways, some other video mentions the following stories: Beautrium, EVEANDBOY, Watsons, Boots, and according to this video even 7-11 convenience stores. I heard EVEANDBOY has lots more Japanese and Korean skincare. Good luck and who knows we might shop together and not even know it lol
