Thank you for your feedback! We think atheistically, the builder did an amazing job as well.

What’s the price of this home?

This model starts just at $684,000 but when its a fully finished product, I would assume it would be roughly in the low $700k range. (This is due to any design work you put into the property)

I hate all these new house designs. You come thru the front door into an enclosed tunnel space with little stub tunnels that go to a half bath or front room, usually a bedroom or room that can be an "office". You don't get to the living area until you walk down the tunnel & then you discover you're sharing a living area with a kitchen with all its smells, good & bad, & your cooking messes from fixing dinner to baking to dirty dishes in the sink & pots & pans on the stove. But of course builders don't look at a home from that perspective. Their goal is how can I make the most money by cramming a house on as small a lot as possible & getting rid of any extra space that makes a home be free flowing, airy, & spacious with a backyard for my kids to have a swing set or play games like I did as a kid.

We appreciate the feedback. It is a very common theme now adays, especially with brand new builds. Builders are looking to maximize their investment by builder skinnier homes, to fit more and more properties on the developed land. I do love when the property opens directly into the common spaces, makes the home feel more inviting. Yet I also enjoy having the property segmented with privacy to all rooms. This is exactly why there are so many different choices and floor plans, builder try and make something for everyone!
